1 Silme talebi nasıl yapılır?

Tartışma başlatmak için Google ile giriş yapmanız gerekir, yani uygulamayı kullandıysanız silinecek bir hesap kaydınız vardır. İki yol var:

Uygulamadan

1. Uygulamayı açın ve ana ekranın sol üstündeki menü simgesine dokunun; açılan çekmecenin en altındaki Hesabım’a dokunun.
2. Açılan sayfanın en altındaki Hesabı sil bağlantısına dokunun.
3. Uyarıyı okuyun ve Sil ile onaylayın. Silme hemen gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.

Silmeden sonra ne olur: oturumunuz kapanır ve yeni bir tartışma başlatamazsınız. Uygulamayı yeniden kullanmak isterseniz tekrar Google ile giriş yapmanız gerekir; bu yeni bir hesap olur ve silinen hesabın süresi, satın alımları ve geçmişi geri gelmez. Hesabınızı uygulamanın içinden sildiğinizde bu telefondaki ses iziniz de aynı anda silinir. O ay ücretsiz süreden kullandığınız miktar ve aldığınız paylaşım ödülleri yeni hesapta da kullanılmış sayılır (4. madde).

E-posta ile (her sürümden)

1. Giriş yaptığınız Google hesabının e-posta adresinden destek@bizzytime.app adresine yazın.
2. Konu satırına Hesap silme yazın. Başka bilgi vermeniz gerekmez — talebi, yazdığınız e-posta adresiyle eşleştiriyoruz.
3. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size aynı adresten teyit e-postası gönderilir.

Uygulamadan çıkış yapmak hesabınızı silmez; uygulamayı kaldırmak da silmez. Hesabınızı gerçekten silmek için yukarıdaki talebi göndermeniz gerekir.

Hesabınızı silmeden, yalnız bazı verileri silmek

Hesabınızı silmek zorunda değilsiniz. Uygulamanın içinden, istediğiniz an, tek başına şu iki şeyi silebilirsiniz:

1. Dilediğiniz tartışma. Sol üstteki menü simgesine dokunun; açılan çekmecede tartışmalarınız listelenir. Silmek istediğiniz tartışmanın satırındaki çöp kutusu simgesine dokunup onaylayın. O tartışmanın kaydı o anda sunucudan da silinir. Geri alınamaz; istediğiniz kadar tartışmayı tek tek silebilirsiniz.
2. Ses iziniz. Sol üstteki menü simgesine, sonra çekmecenin altındaki Hesabım’a, ardından Sesimi unut’a dokunun. Ses izi zaten yalnızca bu telefonda, şifreli olarak durur ve hiçbir zaman sunucularımıza gönderilmez; bu düğme onu cihazdan siler.

Bu iki işlem için bize yazmanıza gerek yoktur ve hesabınız açık kalır. Dilerseniz yine de destek@bizzytime.app adresine yazarak verilerinizin bir kısmının silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

2 Silinen veriler

Talebiniz üzerine, hesabınıza ait şunların tamamı kalıcı olarak silinir:

• Kimlik kaydı: Google hesabınıza karşılık gelen kullanıcı kimliği (uid) ve kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcımızın (Firebase Authentication) bu hesap için tuttuğu e-posta adresi, ad bilgisi ve profil fotoğrafı adresi.
• Süre kaydı: bu ay kullandığınız saniye, kalan satın alınmış süreniz ve paylaşım ödülü sayacı.
• Tartışma geçmişiniz: giriş yapmış her kullanıcı için kaydedilen bütün kararlar — tarih, tartışmanın konusu, kategori, yüzdeler, hâkimin gerekçesi, kişi başına analiz, konuşmacıların adları (tartışma sırasında biri adını söylediyse) ve varsa avukat savunmaları. Bu kayıt bir ayara bağlı değildir: giriş yaptıktan sonra bitirdiğiniz her tartışma buraya yazılır.

Hesabınızı silmeden de geçmişinizi silebilirsiniz: sol üstteki menü simgesiyle açılan listede, her tartışmayı satırındaki çöp kutusu simgesiyle tek tek silebilirsiniz. Sildiğiniz kayıt o anda gider, hesabınız ve süreniz durur.

Silme geri alınamaz. Kalan satın alınmış süreniz varsa o da silinir; silmeden önce bunu dikkate alın.

3 Zaten saklamadığımız veriler

Aşağıdakiler hiçbir zaman sunucularımıza yazılmaz, dolayısıyla silinecek bir kopyaları yoktur:

• Ses kaydı. Mikrofon verisi yalnızca tartışma sürerken, canlı olarak metne çevrilir; hiçbir yerde saklanmaz.
• Konuşmanın satır satır metni. Tartışma boyunca yalnız geçici bellekte tutulur ve tartışma bitince silinir. Hiçbir ayar bunu değiştirmez.
• Ses iziniz. Sesinizi tanıttıysanız o iz yalnızca telefonunuzda, şifreli olarak durur ve sunucularımıza hiç gönderilmez. Cihaz yedeklemesinin ve telefondan telefona aktarımın dışında tutulur; uygulamayı sildiğinizde gider ve yeni bir telefona geçmez. Uygulama içinden de tek dokunuşla silebilirsiniz.

1 How to request deletion

Signing in with Google is required to start a debate in Mobil Hakem: Kim Haklı?, so if you have used the app you have an account record. There are two ways to delete it:

From inside the app

1. Open the app and tap the menu icon at the top left of the home screen, then tap My account at the bottom of the drawer that opens.
2. On that page, tap Delete account, at the very bottom.
3. Read the warning and confirm with Delete. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What happens after deletion: you are signed out and can no longer start a debate. To use the app again you must sign in with Google once more; that is a new account, and the deleted account's time, purchases and history do not come back. When you delete your account from inside the app, the voiceprint stored on this phone is erased at the same moment. The free time you used in that month and the share rewards you received still count as used in the new account (section 4).

By email (any version)

1. Email destek@bizzytime.app from the Google address you signed in with.
2. Use Account deletion as the subject. Nothing else is needed — we match the request to the address you write from.
3. The request is completed within 30 days at the latest, and we confirm by replying to the same address.

Signing out does not delete your account, and neither does uninstalling the app. To actually delete it, send the request above.

Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account. From inside the app, at any time, you can delete either of these on their own:

1. Any of your past debates. Tap the menu icon (top left) to open the drawer, which lists your debates. Tap the trash icon on the row of the debate you want to remove and confirm. That verdict is deleted from the server at that moment. It cannot be undone, and you can delete as many debates as you like, one by one.
2. Your voiceprint. Tap the menu icon (top left), then My account at the bottom of the drawer, then Forget my voice. The voiceprint is only ever kept on this phone, encrypted, and is never sent to our servers; this button erases it from the device.

Neither of these requires writing to us, and your account stays open. You may still email destek@bizzytime.app to request deletion of part of your data.

2 Data that is deleted

• Identity record: the user id (uid) corresponding to your Google account, plus the email address, name and profile photo URL our authentication provider (Firebase Authentication) holds for it.
• Time record: seconds used this month, remaining purchased time and the share-reward counter.
• Your debate history: every saved verdict — the date, the topic, the category, the percentages, the judge's reasoning, the per-speaker analysis, the speakers' names (if someone said their name during the debate) and, if counsel was hired, their submissions. This is not a setting: every debate you finish while signed in is saved here.

You can delete your history without deleting your account: open the drawer and delete debates one by one with the trash icon on each row. Every record you delete goes at that moment; your account and your remaining time stay.

Deletion cannot be undone. Any remaining purchased time is deleted with it.

3 Data we never store

• Audio. Microphone data is transcribed live while the debate runs and is never stored anywhere.
• The line-by-line transcript. Held in temporary memory for the duration of the debate, then discarded. No setting changes this.
• Your voiceprint. If you taught the app your voice, that print stays on your phone only, encrypted, and is never sent to our servers. It is excluded from device backup and from phone-to-phone transfer: uninstalling removes it and it does not follow you to a new phone. You can also delete it with one tap inside the app.

1 Wie du die Löschung beantragst

Um eine Debatte zu starten, ist die Anmeldung mit Google erforderlich — wenn du Wer hat recht? genutzt hast, existiert also ein Kontodatensatz. Es gibt zwei Wege, ihn zu löschen:

In der App

1. Öffne die App und tippe oben links auf dem Startbildschirm auf das Menüsymbol; tippe dann ganz unten im seitlichen Menü auf Mein Konto.
2. Tippe auf dieser Seite ganz unten auf Konto löschen.
3. Lies die Warnung und bestätige mit Löschen. Die Löschung erfolgt sofort und lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen.

Was nach der Löschung passiert: Du wirst abgemeldet und kannst keine Debatte mehr starten. Um die App wieder zu nutzen, musst du dich erneut mit Google anmelden; das ist dann ein neues Konto, und die Zeit, die Käufe und der Verlauf des gelöschten Kontos kommen nicht zurück. Wenn du dein Konto in der App löschst, wird im selben Moment auch der auf diesem Telefon gespeicherte Stimmabdruck gelöscht. Die kostenlose Zeit, die du in diesem Monat verbraucht hast, und die Belohnungen fürs Teilen, die du erhalten hast, gelten auch im neuen Konto als verbraucht (Abschnitt 4).

Per E-Mail (jede Version)

1. Schreib von der Google-Adresse, mit der du dich angemeldet hast, an destek@bizzytime.app.
2. Verwende Kontolöschung als Betreff. Mehr brauchen wir nicht — wir ordnen die Anfrage der Adresse zu, von der du schreibst.
3. Die Anfrage wird spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen erledigt, und wir bestätigen sie mit einer Antwort an dieselbe Adresse.

Das Abmelden löscht dein Konto nicht, und das Deinstallieren der App ebenso wenig. Um es wirklich zu löschen, stelle die obige Anfrage.

Einzelne Daten löschen, ohne das Konto zu löschen

Du musst dein Konto nicht löschen. In der App kannst du jederzeit auch nur eines der beiden Folgenden für sich löschen:

1. Jede einzelne frühere Debatte. Tippe oben links auf das Menüsymbol; im seitlichen Menü stehen deine Debatten. Tippe in der Zeile der Debatte, die du loswerden willst, auf das Papierkorb-Symbol und bestätige. Dieses Urteil wird in diesem Moment auch auf dem Server gelöscht. Das lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen; du kannst so viele Debatten löschen, wie du willst, eine nach der anderen.
2. Deinen Stimmabdruck. Tippe oben links auf das Menüsymbol, dann ganz unten im seitlichen Menü auf Mein Konto und dort auf Stimme vergessen. Der Stimmabdruck liegt ohnehin ausschließlich verschlüsselt auf diesem Telefon und wird nie an unsere Server gesendet; diese Schaltfläche löscht ihn vom Gerät.

Für beides musst du uns nicht schreiben, und dein Konto bleibt bestehen. Du kannst dich aber weiterhin an destek@bizzytime.app wenden, um die Löschung eines Teils deiner Daten zu beantragen.

2 Daten, die gelöscht werden

• Identitätsdatensatz: die deinem Google-Konto entsprechende Nutzerkennung (uid) sowie die E-Mail-Adresse, der Name und die Adresse des Profilbilds, die unser Authentifizierungsdienst (Firebase Authentication) dazu vorhält.
• Zeitdatensatz: die in diesem Monat verbrauchten Sekunden, deine verbleibende gekaufte Zeit und der Zähler für die Teilen-Belohnung.
• Dein Debattenverlauf: jedes gespeicherte Urteil — Datum, Thema, Kategorie, Prozentwerte, die Begründung des Schiedsrichters, die Analyse je Person, die Namen der Sprecher (falls jemand während der Debatte seinen Namen genannt hat) und, falls ein Anwalt beauftragt wurde, dessen Schriftsätze. Sobald du angemeldet bist, wird jede beendete Debatte hier gespeichert. Es gibt keinen Schalter, der das ausschaltet.

Du kannst deinen Verlauf löschen, ohne dein Konto zu löschen: öffne oben links das seitliche Menü und tippe in der Zeile einer Debatte auf das Papierkorb-Symbol. Jeder Eintrag, den du löschst, ist in diesem Moment weg; dein Konto und deine verbleibende Zeit bleiben.

Die Löschung lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen. Verbleibende gekaufte Zeit wird mitgelöscht.

3 Daten, die wir nie speichern

• Audio. Mikrofondaten werden während der laufenden Debatte live in Text umgewandelt und nirgendwo gespeichert.
• Das wörtliche Protokoll. Es bleibt nur für die Dauer der Debatte im flüchtigen Speicher und wird danach verworfen. Keine Einstellung ändert daran etwas.
• Dein Stimmabdruck. Hast du der App deine Stimme angelernt, bleibt dieser Abdruck ausschließlich verschlüsselt auf deinem Telefon und wird nie an unsere Server gesendet. Er ist vom Geräte-Backup und von der Übertragung von Telefon zu Telefon ausgenommen: Beim Deinstallieren verschwindet er, und auf ein neues Telefon folgt er dir nicht. Du kannst ihn auch mit einem Tipp in der App löschen.

通过电子邮件（任何版本）

1. 用你登录时使用的 Google 邮箱，写信至 destek@bizzytime.app。
2. 主题写删除账号。不需要提供其他信息——我们通过你发信的地址来匹配这条请求。
3. 请求最迟在 30 天内完成，我们会回复同一个地址作为确认。

退出登录不会删除你的账号，卸载应用同样不会。 要真正删除，请按上面的方式提出请求。

不删除账号，只删除部分数据

你不必删除账号。在应用内，你随时可以单独删除下面两项中的任意一项：

1. 任意一场历史辩论。点按左上角的菜单图标打开抽屉， 其中列出你的辩论。在想删除的那一行点按垃圾桶图标并确认，那条裁决会在那一刻从服务器上删除。 此操作无法撤销；你可以一条一条地删除任意多场辩论。
2. 你的声纹。点按左上角的菜单图标，再点按抽屉最下方的我的账号，然后点按忘记我的声音。 声纹本来就只加密保存在这部手机上，绝不会发送到我们的服务器；这个按钮会把它从设备上抹掉。

这两件事都不需要写信给我们，你的账号也会保持有效。你仍然可以写信到 destek@bizzytime.app，申请删除你的部分数据。

2 会被删除的数据

• 身份记录：与你的 Google 账号相对应的用户标识（uid）， 以及我们的身份验证服务商（Firebase Authentication）为该账号保存的电子邮箱、姓名和头像地址。
• 时长记录：本月已使用的秒数、剩余的已购买时长， 以及分享奖励的计数。
• 你的辩论记录：每一条已保存的裁决—— 日期、辩论主题、类别、百分比、裁判的理由、逐人分析、发言者的姓名（如果有人在辩论中说出了自己的名字）， 以及（若聘请了律师）律师的陈述。 这不是一项设置：只要你已登录，每一场结束的辩论都会记录在这里，没有可以关掉它的开关。

不删除账号也可以删除记录：在左侧抽屉的辩论列表中， 点按某一行上的垃圾桶图标即可删除那一场辩论。被删除的记录会在那一刻消失；账号和剩余时长都会保留。

删除无法撤销。剩余的已购买时长会一并删除。

3 我们从不保存的数据

• 录音。麦克风数据只在辩论进行时实时转成文字，不会保存在任何地方。
• 逐句文字记录。仅在辩论期间保存在临时内存中，辩论结束后即丢弃。 任何设置都不会改变这一点。
• 你的声纹。如果你录入过自己的声音，该声纹只加密保存在你的手机上， 绝不会发送到我们的服务器。它被排除在设备备份和手机到手机的转移之外： 卸载即消失，也不会跟着你到新手机。你也可以在应用内一键删除它。
