Bizzy, ebeveynlerin çocuklarının cihaz kullanımını ve konumunu takip etmesini sağlayan bir ebeveyn denetimi uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri neden topladığını ve bu verilerle ne yaptığını açıklar.
Özet: Topladığımız verileri satmıyor, reklam ya da profilleme amacıyla kullanmıyoruz. Veriler yalnızca uygulamanın işlevini yerine getirmek için kullanılır ve ebeveynin kendi hesabına bağlıdır.

Konum verisi hakkında
Bizzy Konum ya da Bizzy Aile paketi açıksa konum, çocuğun cihazında arka planda da toplanır. Bunun sebebi, ekran kapalıyken ve uygulama açık değilken de konumun güncel kalmasının gerekmesidir. Bu paketler açık değilken konum yalnızca çocuğun cihazında Bizzy açıkken güncellenir.
Takibin çalıştığı cihazda kalıcı bir bildirim gösterilir. Bu bildirim gizlenemez; cihazı kullanan kişi takibin açık olduğunu her an görebilir.
Konum geçmişi: Bizzy, çocuğun telefonunun konumundan seyreltilmiş noktalar (yaklaşık 100 metrede ya da 10 dakikada bir) saklar. Bu kayıtlar yalnızca ebeveynin hesabına bağlıdır; ebeveyn "Bizzy'ye Sor"da çocuğun bir günde nerelere gittiğini sorduğunda kullanılır. Kayıtlar 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir; çocuk profili ya da hesap silinince hemen silinir. Ücretli paketler kullanıldığında konum geçmişi Bizzy Konum ve Bizzy Aile paketlerindedir.
Haritalar OpenStreetMap harita sunucularından yüklenir; bu sırada cihazın IP adresi harita sunucusuna iletilir. Çocuğun konumu harita sunucusuna gönderilmez.
Yaşına uygun olmayan uygulamalar ve web süzgeci
Ebeveyn açık bıraktığında, çocuğun telefonunda yaşına uygun olmayan bir uygulama açılırsa Bizzy karakteri ekranın üzerine gelir ve çocuğu uygulamayı kapatmaya yönlendirir. Hangi uygulamanın açık olduğu, ekran süresi için zaten kullanılan kullanım istatistiklerinden anlaşılır. Bizzy ekrandaki içeriği (videoyu, mesajları, sayfayı) okumaz. Hangi uygulamanın uygun olmadığına uygulamadaki yaş listesine ve ebeveynin seçimlerine göre karar verilir; ebeveyn bu seçimleri her an değiştirebilir ya da özelliği kapatabilir. Çocuk uygulamayı uzun süre kullanmaya devam ederse ebeveyne bildirim gider.
Web süzgeci. Ebeveyn açtığında ve çocuğun telefonunda onay verildiğinde, Bizzy aynı korumayı tarayıcıdaki siteler için de sağlar. Bunun için Android'in VPN özelliği yalnızca çocuğun telefonunda ve yalnızca site adı sorguları (DNS) için kullanılır:
- Site adları telefonun içinde denetlenir; Bizzy'nin sunucularına ya da başka bir hizmete gönderilmez. Ziyaret edilen sayfaların adresleri ve içerikleri görülmez.
- Yetişkin siteler telefondaki listeye göre açılmaz. Diğer sorgular, telefonun bağlı olduğu ağın (Wi-Fi ya da mobil operatör) kendi DNS sunucusuna iletilir. Ağın DNS sunucusu okunamazsa, nadiren, genel bir DNS hizmeti (Google ya da Cloudflare) kullanılır.
- Bizzy'nin hangi sitenin açık olduğunu birkaç dakika boyunca anlayabilmesi için site adları yalnızca telefonda kısa bir kayıtta tutulur; kayıt büyüdükçe en eskileri silinir ve telefondan dışarı çıkmaz.
- Diğer internet trafiği VPN'den geçmez. VPN açıkken telefonun durum çubuğunda anahtar simgesi görünür; ebeveyn web süzgecini istediği zaman kapatabilir.
Yapay zekâ özellikleri
Masallar ve "Bizzy'ye Sor" yanıtları Google Cloud'un yapay zekâ hizmetiyle (Gemini) üretilir. Bir soruyu yanıtlamak için çocuğunun adı, yaşı, bulunduğu güvenli bölge, ekran süresi ya da o günün konum geçmişinin özeti (güvenli bölge adları, saatler ve uzaklıklar) gibi hesabındaki ilgili bilgiler bu hizmete iletilebilir; açık adres ve koordinat iletilmez. Google bu verileri yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz.
Verilerin paylaşımı
Toplanan verileri satmıyoruz ve reklam ya da profilleme amacıyla kullanmıyoruz.
Uygulamanın çalışması için aşağıdaki altyapı hizmetlerini kullanıyoruz. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca bizim adımıza işler:
- Google Firebase — kimlik doğrulama, veri tabanı, dosya depolama, bildirim, arıza raporlama ve kullanım analizi
- Google Cloud — masal metni ve "Bizzy'ye Sor" yanıtları (Gemini), masal seslendirmesi (Text-to-Speech), e-posta gönderimi ve sunucu tarafı işlemler
- OpenStreetMap — harita görüntüleri (yalnızca cihazın IP adresi)
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., ABD) — uygulama içi satın almaların ve aboneliklerin doğrulanması. İşlenen veriler: hesap kimliği (rastgele kullanıcı numarası), satın alınan ürün, satın alma ve yenilenme tarihleri, mağaza işlem numarası. Ad, e-posta, konum ya da çocuğa ait veri iletilmez. Veriler ABD'de işlenir; yurt dışına aktarım KVKK'nın 9. maddesi uyarınca standart sözleşmeyle yapılır.
Çocuklara ait veriler
Bizzy, ebeveyn tarafından kurulur ve yönetilir. Çocuğa ait veriler (konum, uygulama kullanımı) yalnızca ebeveynin hesabına bağlı olarak saklanır ve yalnızca ebeveyn tarafından görüntülenebilir.
Çocuklardan doğrudan kişisel veri toplamayız; çocuk kaydını ebeveyn oluşturur ve kaydın içeriğini ebeveyn belirler. Çocuğa ait verileri reklam amacıyla kullanmıyor, satmıyoruz. Uygulama içi kullanım bilgileri (Firebase Analytics) çocuğun telefonunda toplanmaz.
Güvenlik
- Tüm veri aktarımı şifrelenmiş bağlantı (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden yapılır.
- Veriler Google Cloud altyapısında, her hesabın yalnızca kendi verisine erişebildiği kurallarla korunan bir veri tabanında saklanır.
- Ebeveyn alanı PIN ile korunur; ebeveynin kendi telefonunda biyometrik doğrulama da kullanılabilir.

Bizzy is a parental control application that lets parents monitor their child's device usage and location. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what we do with it.
Summary: We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or profiling. Data is used solely to provide the app's functionality and is tied to the parent's own account.

About location data
When the Bizzy Location or Bizzy Family plan is active, location is also collected in the background on the child's device, so that it stays current while the screen is off and the app is not open. Without these plans, location only updates while Bizzy is open on the child's device.
A persistent notification is shown on the monitored device; it cannot be hidden, so anyone using the device can see that tracking is active. Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap tile servers, which receive the device's IP address but never the child's location.
Location history: Bizzy keeps thinned-out points from the child's phone location (about every 100 metres or every 10 minutes). They are tied only to the parent's account and are used when the parent asks "Ask Bizzy" where the child went on a given day. They are deleted automatically after 30 days, and immediately when the child profile or the account is deleted. When paid plans are in use, location history is part of Bizzy Location and Bizzy Family.
Apps not right for the child's age and the web filter
When the parent leaves this on and an app that isn't right for the child's age is opened on the child's phone, the Bizzy character comes over the screen and guides the child to close the app. Which app is open is determined from the usage statistics already used for screen time. Bizzy does not read what is on the screen (videos, messages or pages). Whether an app is suitable is decided by the age list in the app and the parent's choices, which the parent can change or turn off at any time. If the child keeps using the app for a long time, the parent gets a notification.
Web filter. When the parent turns it on and it is approved on the child's phone, Bizzy gives the same protection for sites in the browser. For this, Android's VPN feature is used only on the child's phone and only for site name lookups (DNS):
- Site names are checked on the phone and are not sent to Bizzy's servers or any other service. The addresses and contents of the pages visited are not seen.
- Adult sites are blocked using a list stored on the phone. Other lookups are forwarded to the DNS server of the network the phone is connected to (Wi-Fi or mobile operator). In the rare case that the network's DNS server cannot be read, a public DNS service (Google or Cloudflare) is used.
- So that Bizzy can tell which site has been open for the last few minutes, site names are kept only in a short log on the phone; the oldest entries are removed as it grows, and it never leaves the phone.
- No other internet traffic goes through the VPN. While it is on, a key icon is shown in the phone's status bar; the parent can turn the web filter off at any time.
AI features
Stories and "Ask Bizzy" answers are generated with Google Cloud's AI service (Gemini). To answer a question, relevant details from your account, such as the child's name, age, current safe zone, screen time or a summary of that day's location history (safe zone names, times and distances), may be sent to this service; street addresses and coordinates are not sent. Google does not use this data to train its AI models.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or profiling. We use the following infrastructure providers, which process data only on our behalf: Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, notifications, crash reporting, usage analytics), Google Cloud (Gemini for stories and Ask Bizzy, Text-to-Speech for narration, email delivery, server-side processing), OpenStreetMap (map tiles, device IP address only) and RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA; validating in-app purchases and subscriptions; it processes a random account ID, the product bought, purchase and renewal dates and the store transaction ID; no name, email, location or child data; processed in the USA under standard contractual clauses).
Children's data
Bizzy is installed and managed by a parent. Data relating to a child is stored under the parent's account and is visible only to that parent. We do not collect personal data directly from children, and we never use children's data for advertising. In-app usage information (Firebase Analytics) is not collected on the child's phone.
Security
All data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Cloud in a database protected by rules that let each account access only its own data. The parent area is protected by a PIN; biometric authentication can also be used on the parent's own phone.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: Settings → Delete account. This includes location and location history, child records, usage reports, stories and messages. See account and data deletion for details.
